The first CNC machine tool is installed. This technological choice marks a turning point in the company’s policy: the goal is now to ensure the repeatability over time of the quality and precision of the products.

The company achieves certification for its quality management system according to the UNI EN ISO 9001 - 2000 edition.

Driven by the market demand for high-performance technopolymers and the need for a manufacturer capable of offering flexibility in charge formulations and dimensional range, the production of semi-finished products in PEEK™, PCTFE, PFA via HCM molding begins, sold under the STABIL brand.

The company obtained NORSOK M-710 certification for both natural and 20% PTFE-loaded grades supplied by Victrex and Solvay.

To optimize production space, a Kardex vertical warehouse is installed.

The growing market demand led to the installation of the second 5-axis DMG DMU50 machine.

The machine fleet now consists of 17 CNC centers.

From 19 to 21 May 2026, at the Bergamo Exhibition Centre, ATO participated in IVS – Industrial Valve Summit, strengthening its presence in international Oil & Gas markets. The event provided an opportunity to present ATO’s innovative solutions, particularly the new STABIL-FLEX, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with international customers and partners.
The initiative contributed to the company’s internationalization and growth.
